We came up with the concept of an outdoor room at the back of the house but a bit too late in the process. So unfortunately the builders aren’t interested in going back through the process of adding it in.

However, we aren’t too late to get the outdoor slab and paving done by the pool builder ready so it can be built afterwards. For the pool builder this means the slab has to have more engineering design than otherwise would have been required for an outdoor area. In order to do that we need to have the design draw up. We have had this done and this is what the rear of the house should look like. It is simple but we wouldn’t really have had any under cover outdoor space without it.
