All the final preparation work has been done. The bank has advised the builders we are ready to go and we have been handed on to the next department in the process.

Today I was contacted by our building supervisor which means things are starting to get ready to go. He has inspected the site and was happy with it so that is good. No issues to resolve before they start. He was still coming up to speed with the contract on having the pool build dovetail into it but I think he had only just received the file.

I have but the pool builder in touch with the supervisor as well so hopefully they can sort out any details without delaying the start.

From here it should be 2-4 weeks before things start to happen on the site which will be very exciting.
