Well it has taken nearly 12 months to get to this point. We started in February last year with the decision to move house. This then escalated to buying a property to knock down and rebuild.

We have chosen the Stylemaster Homes Piazza 42 which was just the right fit for us after looking through many display homes. In fact within a few minutes of walking through it both kids were jumping around shouting this is the one and had already picked their bedrooms.

So with our existing house sold we are ready to begin. Last Friday the first step in the process began – demolishing the existing house. The house is post war era single floor house and contained asbestos so needs to have that removed before the full demolition. Hopefully the house will be cleared away by mid next week. We are using Able Demolitions for this job. So far Ben has been extremely helpful and got onto it exactly on time.
